Retro & Vintage Furniture

Hi, I’m Tom and you’ll often hear me singing away in the workshop, armed with a piece of sandpaper or a polishing mop.

Growing up I was constantly surrounded by beautiful vintage and antique furniture, as my father was an antiques dealer and opened his first antiques shop in Letchworth back in the 1970’s. Of all the furniture styles my Dad used to come home with, I have always been most fond of the design and craftsmanship of Ercol, GPlan and Danish style furniture and of course pretty much everything 50’s, 60’s & 70’s to be honest!

So after serving 7 years as a fireman in the Royal Air Force, I began to source and restore retro pieces from the Mid-Century, and after restoring them to their former glory, I sold them on to new owners across London and the UK. I now ship designer pieces all over the world from Europe to as far as Tasmania, South Africa and Japan.

I also offer restoration of your own furniture and collaborate with an amazing upholsterer for bespoke designs to fit your home, work space or venue.
