The sofa bed and armchairs will need new fire regulation foam and new upholstery covering prior to sale. The price of the suite fully re-foamed and reupholstered is £3,750.
You can choose any fabric you wish online, and I we can order it to be sent direct to our upholsterer. Anything over £30 per meter would have to come at additional cost to yourself. We will order around 10 metres to cover the two chairs and sofa bed. The suite is made from beautiful solid teak wood and is in absolutely mint condition & fully re-polished.
